新型塑料造粒模板通过鉴定

由中国科学院金属研究所、燕化公司、中俄合资沈阳金锋特种刀具有限公司和沈阳同创特种耐磨制品有限公司联合完成的“新型塑料模板的研制与应用”项目，最近通过了辽宁省科技厅的技术鉴定。该项目采用新型无钴金属陶瓷复合材料及特种加工等多项高新技术，研制出耐磨、耐热、耐蚀性良好的新型塑料造粒模板。经燕化、扬子石化、大庆石化等石化企业试用考核表明，该产品的主要性能和使用寿命基本达到了国外同类产品先进水平，可以替代进口，而价格仅为进口产品的二分之一到三分之一。...
